If we lived in America, Madison Oakley might be in danger of being known by another name than 'estate agent'. 'Move counsellors' might be a more apt description, or as masters of their trade, 'moveologists'. From start to finish, they have been a first class service, outstripping every other agent we have dealt with. We chose Madison Oakley because they were realistic. We had three valuations on our house, and they came out somewhere in the middle to upper section - but were not the highest. Carey took the time to talk to us about his valuation, showed us comparable properties and what features of our house either increased or decreased its value. He also explained the process and timeline of valuation to the house being on the market - and kept to it. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they were trustworthy. They told us how the photos needed to look, what we needed to do to get the best sale and importantly, what not to do. We had no hesitation giving them full access to our home and the results of how they displayed the house online we fantastic. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they were reliable. Their registered customer base created a strong demand for viewings which they fitted around our ability to be in and out of the house. With a 3 year old and working from home, this might have been an issue, but it never was. They also secured us a full asking price, cash offer on day one. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they communicated with us. Sarah was always one step ahead, even informing us of things our solicitor was supposed to have told us! It has been refreshing throughout to have one of the professions in the process truly understanding good customer service. Sarah liaised with the buyers and kept them calm whilst we couldn't find a property to buy but also kept a genuine interest in us and our house buying journey. We'll choose Madison Oakley because they're experienced and professional and go the extra mile. When we panicked that there was nothing on the market, Carey searched for properties for us, showing not only a full understanding of what we wanted, but who we were and what we needed. They advised us on surveys, reassured us about properties, linked us to trades. We're so excited to be moving to our new home - which Carey found for us, despite being on with another agent. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they're local, knowledgeable and kind. They know Bath, know their profession and know how to treat a customer. Well done Madison Oakley, and thank you.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Madison certainly work for their money - in fact they go above an beyond, so unlike some, you know they're working for you and have your interests at heart. Would I have gone online and done it all myself? NEVER.
