MSOT REASONABLE FOR THE MEDIATION AND JOINING OF THE PARTIES FOR THE TENANCY AGREEMENT. WHAT IS MORE THEY ARE QUITE HONEST IN THEIR BUSINESS DEALING BY REFUNDING BACK THE EXCESS AMOUNT THAT WAS PAID. THIS IS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER AND I WOULD LIKE TO CHERISH THIS IN MEMORY IN ALL THE TIME TO COME. OVERALL, I RATE THIS FIRM EXCELLENT AND WORHT DEALING WITH AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I did feel fees were a little excessive - £400 for preparing a tenancy agreement which appeared to be essentially a template with a few details changed. The agent was expensive but not extortionately so.
