Hi, these people are exactly what you expect from landlord. Unclear about your right as a tenant, and lieling to, probably, maximize profit. I would stay sway from *,*,* (something) and the whole of Properties actually if you want to find a place. I tried to get a place and they lied to me again and again and is now ignoring my number. Sadly, this seems to be above average behaviour from London agencies. But still, they lie and cheat about what information they give. What more you need? Please , if you want the hazzle, go into business with this agent!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Lieing cheating agency. Who would have thought!

28 Sept 2014Dear Michael Portman, As we have already explained to you, you submitted an application for a property, which has not been accepted by our Client, the Landlord, due to a change in the circumstances. You were promptly informed about it and the holding deposit was refunded to you in FULL. You claimed in your comments that we are doing this to maximise our profit, however I would like to assure you and everyone who reads your comments that we did not make a single penny out of your application as you claim. You also claim that you were unclear about fees and payments. This is also untrue. As you know, before you even submitted your application, you received an email with the full terms and conditions specifying all the payments involved, the application procedure and what happens should your application be unsuccessful. You agreed to the terms and submitted your application and paid the holding deposit of £380. The Landlord made a decision not to proceed with your application and therefore we were not able to proceed any further as the Landlord's decision is final. Best of luck with your home search.

29 Sept 2014I'm telling it like it is. You can go into the trap of dealing with this company or not and I wouldn't care less. Your loss. They claim same thing in every post they make. Transparency, no thanks. :) Call Nick at 07969075209 for a great scam.

23 Sept 2015I posted this comment in other media, but would like to repeat it here. Just wish any one in contact with Properties Actually can read my comment and be luck to avoid using them. I was a tenant who rent a property with properties actually too. They were really bad, no matter who you are dealing with, Michael Chmielinski, Nick Kimbel or Dorian Petani. This company totally did nothing, if you got any problem or anything with the property you rented with them, they just told you to contact the landlord yourself. In case if the landlord request this agency to cheat your money, they cooperate with the landlord fully to cheat you. NEVER use this company otherwise you will regret. This is the WORST property agency ever.
