I used Goldin Lemcke for the simultaneous sale and purchase of flats in Brighton and Hove, at some point dealing with nearly all the staff in the office. I found them all friendly and professional. Simon was very responsive to any requests and problems and remained calm on my behalf when issues occurred. I was never made to feel that any other party in the process took more or less priority than me and we were all treated fairly. I have never felt moved to praise an estate agent before but I genuinely feel they earned their fee and I would happily use them again,
