I have used a number of estate agents in Hove over the past 10 years - each were exactly the same - promised the world and then undelivered - Goldin Lemcke are different - they are superb
The staff are of a senior level (no spotty teenagers) and are there to help throughout the process
Goldin Lemcke focus on just selling properties - no trying to sell you mortgages, lettings, extras etc - just sell, sell, sell...
I dislike 99% of estate agents - but very much like Goldin Lemcke - I highly recommend them!
