We would like to thank Tydemans for the help and support with the recent sale of our property. The sale has gone through quickly and effortlessly and we are now all set to move tomorrow. Inparticular we would like to thank Tina Spencer for her constant support and assistance throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Tina, she kept us updated on a regular basis and was always available when we needed to contact her. We didn't have to chase for anything at all as she ensured everything was kept on top of at all times despite being unwell a couple of weeks ago. We have had a couple of bad experiences with other agents so they have been a breath of fresh air to us. We were very impressed with the level of customer service we received from Tina, she combines professionalism with a lovely friendly nature which made us feel very at ease and almost that we were speaking with a friend. We can see that Tina is a very dedicated member of the team, she is a real asset to the company.

The retirement flat we were selling was a 70%shared ownership and only available to sell to a limited market.
