We can't thank the team at Helmores enough for making our purchase through them as smooth as possible. Throughout the process, that became quite drawn out through no fault of theirs, they kept us positive and our solicitors were impressed with the contact they maintained with them throughout. We're not planning to move again, but wouldn't hesitate to use Helmores to sell our property too now we're in their area.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
