Hi,
Just want to aware everyone with Almond letting repute and what they do with customers and tenants.
i just moved in on 1st nov 2013 to a new property by Almond Letting Bathgate. The property was not clean. Boiler switch was not working, Asked for vacuum and kettle when saw property first and they confirmed to provide on day 1st we move in. but they provide these on 20th of nov, There were some house holds like old bed, mattress, some broken wooden unit, unwanted things from previous tenant, duvet and a lot more things to be remove from property but they didn't do any thing. After all i decide to take them to recycling center and then hire van for all this rubbish to remove out of the property. Neighbors were complaining and it was really ashamed. And now today on 28th of nov boiler still not working on off peak times, shower glass need to be fixed and on the top fridge need to be replace because freezer door was broken in the fridge.
Finally it was a bad experience with ALMOND LETTING BATHGATE.

Very poor service and communication. I wanted to view a property for rent. Called multiple times to arrange viewing was told they will call back. Never did over 3 to 4 days. I called at least 5 times....
