Firstly, and this isn't down to the particular branch, but the website is very poor and what you put in the search criteria appears to have no bearing on the results that are returned. Eventually gave up using the site. This wouldn't be so bad, but we never received the weekly emails that we were promised. As such, how would you ever be able to find a property with Pedder? So onto the viewings (or attempts at): Viewing 1: Turns out the property came off the market during the day. However, we only found this out because the property in question suddenly disappeared off the site. Not because we were contacted about it. So we ended up calling them to check. Viewing 2: Was completely forgotten about. By coincidence, we found a property on the day of the this viewing, but when I was about to email the branch to inform them, I noticed an email from them about another property which gave the impression that the upcoming viewing that afternoon had been completely forgotten about. I never received an email back when I informed them that I had found something. All a bit poor really, considering that it was these things upon which we were basing our decision about renting with them. I believe we've done far better off renting privately and have saved a LOT of money. What prompted me to write this review is that I am still receiving emails and voicemails about possible properties when I have already emailed (twice) to say that we have found somewhere. I think Pedder has some systems/organisation issues which need to be addressed.
