My wife and I purchased a property where Jordan Fishwick (Hale) were the estate agents acting for the seller in April 2013. The agent (David) who originally showed us around the property was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable, not only on properties within his catchment but also further afield. As people are no doubt aware, the process of viewing potential new homes is time consuming and often dissapointing. Some of the other agents we encountered during other viewings were shockingly poor, either being unprepared to answer questions on the house or simply downright lying to us. Unlike your stereotypical estate agents, we felt comfortable and confident with Jordan Fishwick, not only on what David was telling us, but also in his reassuring updates on the progress of our purchase. In stressful times such as buying a new home, communication is key, and it is here that I believe is their strength, and it this that sets apart from other agents. When I come to sell my property I will be using Jordan Fishwick as I have experienced first hand the quality of the service and performance that they can offer.

She appears to be good at times by composing emails to look as though she has done her part but fails to rectify issues. Other colleagues have been pleasant to deal with however would not recommend Jordan Fishwick as they are highly disorganised with many mistakes and poor communication.

Well what a shock the property is now back on the rental market - with new carpets that we were promised 9 months ago.
Their entire team is a complete shambles with new rental documents allegedly issued - then when we did receive them frequent mistakes between covering letter and actual documents.
Our list of issues with the property were constantly ignored including windows unable to be opened for 5 years and 16 weeks of a hole in our roof so it rained into our bedroom. The issues were always detailed during our regular property inspection.
All in all would never recommend or suggest using such a horrific company.
Only good thing is we did get our deposit back however the exit report is clearly written in favour of Jordan Fishwick and bore little or no reflection to the photos that we took at both the beginning and end of our tenancy.

They have been efficient and helpful throughout. For the last 5 years, Kat Walker has been our property manager and she has been very good - always quick to respond to any issues. As we have been living abroad, all communication has been via email. We have been very happy with the service they have provided and would recommend them to other property owners.

I rented a property in wilmslow for a year which was managed by the Jordan Fishwick hale office
During this time from start to finish the Property management team at hale have provided an excellent service.
I had very little issues with the property I rented as it was in such good condition however if I ever did need something or called up nothing was ever too much trouble. Service was always quick and efficient and any concerns addressed quickly. I also found Jordan Fishwick very considerate toward you as a tenant.
I would like to really thank Kat, Chris, Martina and the team for being so brilliant and making my tenancy so stress free and enjoyable! I have no hesitation in recommending and would come to them again if renting in this area.

Throughout out tenancy (going on five years now), Kat has been phenomenally helpful and prompt with her support and communication. As someone with autism who has occasionally found dealing with professionals bemusing and even frustrating, I have found Kat to be extremely accomodating and understanding. She has been exemplary in her role and unfailingly pleasant, and even has gone above and beyond for us on several occasions (such as when she called in to the office over the weekend specifically to finish some key documentation for us, as a training session had meant she was unable to complete it during normal work hours). Kat Walker at the Hale office has been managing my rental property in Macclesfield. I live in London and therefore I need peace of mind that the property is being looked after. We found all the team at the Hale office to be very personable, professional and enthusiastic throughout the whole sale process. We received a full asking price offer in September 2013 within two weeks of instruction and we sold our house before Christmas. David, Oliver and Henry carried out the viewings in our house and they spent a lot of time before the viewings commenced ensuring they knew the property well to help with the sales and marketing process. I was initially worried about handing over the keys to our house for them to carry out the accompanied viewings but their results proved me wrong ! I am certain that their enthusiasm for our house resulted in such a quick sale. They also kept us informed of new instructions in our search for a new home and gave us advice even about properties that they were not marketing. We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

The agents were prompt and efficient in visiting the property for an initial valuation and were totally realistic in their approach and view on being able to market the property - many agents tell you they have lots of potential buyers which is usually far from the truth! After instructing them the process of setting up etc was concluded quickly and efficiently and we had healthy viewing from people with genuine interest. We eventually sold STC within about 4 months and that transaction concluded some 3 months later. We were ably served by Oliver, Henry, David & Lucy at the Hale branch and I found their attention to detail was second to none. I have already recommended them to others.
