Avoid This Company at All Costs! I had, like most, a terrible experience with this company. The director is consistently unresponsive and unprofessional, ignoring critical issues instead of addressing them. They have a notorious track record of failing to pay invoices on time, causing significant frustration for myself and other traders. To make matters worse, their treatment of tenants is rude, and they appear to cut corners at every opportunity. The level of service provided is far below acceptable standards, which shows clear signs of a business hanging on by a thread, likely due to incredibly high staff turnover. If you're seeking reliability and professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
