I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They have demonstrated dishonest and unethical practices. Since 2017, they have been managing my property and have removed items without my consent. Upon reclaiming my property, I found it in a deplorable state due to their neglect of the regular maintenance that was agreed upon every three months. My property was left unattended and uncared for. I am currently initiating legal proceedings against Denhan for their years of mistreatment of my property and unauthorised removal of items.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
