I can’t express the amazing job Rania and Anthony did supporting me to sell my property. Due to some complex legal issues it was never going to be a quick or straightforward sale but they took the challenge on with confidence, positivity and extreme sensitivity to the situation. From day one their professionalism was apparent and their suggested strategy to sell the property moved things forward at pace. I was kept updated daily and during the process they were both extremely accessible and answered any queries immediately. Despite some unexpected delays in the conveyancing stage, they always remained committed to the final outcome, advising me of my options throughout, helping me to manage my legal representation when necessary and facilitating communication with the buyer up to the day of completion. I really can’t thank Rania and Anthony enough. There are lots of people that can sell a house but the unwavering support, guidance and brilliant customer service they provided really sets them apart. They are both experts in their field and real assets to GHE!
