Absolutely amazing experience. For over 17 years I have had a friend of the family living at my house and helping with the maintenance and costs. Then, they moved to Scotland. I had no clue what to do?? On quickly reviewing the reviews I choose Beresford and I was introduced Karen and David, whose professional nature and experience quickly put me at ease. They have worked tirelessly to help me with my enquiries and marketing management. I soon met Amy and Charlie who are just instrumental in operating the calls and updates, totally dependable and faultless, no question unanswered. The list of work to get the house in order seemed to be a challenge but I was encouraged by the team who kept on checking on how I was getting on, on a weekly basis, providing advice and reassurance. During this time I met Lauren, who was able to provide a good insight into the costs, she was absolutely fantastic, as at the end of the day, as a new landlord it’s all about profit and security. She was able to let me know the costs and insurance companies I could consider. Just after 5 weeks, my house was ready and a new tenant in place. Now that’s what I call great service and success. Thank you again Beresford for all your help and support.
