I'm so glad to let my property through W.J.Meade. Since starting working with Damien I've always felt assured that he would do the best for both me and the tenants. He's really friendly, very honest about, and makes things really simple. I had never intended to be a landlord, so for me this makes everything so much more straightforward and there's very little I need to do.

Lyn manages all things maintenance and I know she keeps on top of everything like reminders for the gas safety certificate, provides good quotes for services, and manages any work to be done so it stays hassle free for me as the landlord.

Thank you, and I hope to keep letting my property through you for as long as I have it.
