I'm so glad to let my property through W.J.Meade. Since starting working with Damien I've always felt assured that he would do the best for both me and the tenants. He's really friendly, very honest about, and makes things really simple. I had never intended to be a landlord, so for me this makes everything so much more straightforward and there's very little I need to do. Lyn manages all things maintenance and I know she keeps on top of everything like reminders for the gas safety certificate, provides good quotes for services, and manages any work to be done so it stays hassle free for me as the landlord. Thank you, and I hope to keep letting my property through you for as long as I have it.

Patrick was friendly and very knowledgeable as a local of the area. A few different estate agents valued the property but I was only going to use Patrick. Patrick and Damian arranged lots of viewings virtually immediately and it was within a couple of weeks I had an offer on the house for the full asking price. From agreeing a price to the completion of the sale Patrick and Damian kept me up to date with regular updates. I would without hesitation recommend Patrick and Damian at WJ Meade to anyone selling a property in the Enfield area.

I cannot recommend enough.
Patrick Morgan is everything he promises to be, which is so rare I almost couldn't believe it. He delivered all he promised and more - and was on top of everything from the moment of instruction, until the moment of completion. He worked out of hours and returned EVERY SINGLE call.
He was thorough and straight to the point, which I loved - because it meant I could trust him. He was always honest and continued to put us at ease. I cannot say enough what a difference he made. I will be using him again and will tell EVERYONE with hand on heart, that he is the best you could ever hope for.
