I had a reasonable experience overall with Homes for Good. First property I had let, so I needed more guidance and support through the process which they were always on hand to do. in 4 years, there was a couple of issues with removing furniture, leak roof and others in which they replied quick but were not proactive. There was a dispute regarding deposit return over cleaning fee, as they were unhappy although I paid a cleaner to come into the property. Whilst this left a bad taste, the overall experience across 4 years was not negative and I would not be against renting with them again, albeit take a few more steps.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
