I would like to make you directly aware of my dissatisfaction with your agent Gail Durbin. Several times I have left messages and she never got back to me! She was frankly quite rude on the phone at times when I was trying to book viewings! The final straw was we went to view gypsy lane to make a final decision and to look in more detail at what work needed doing and she turned up 5 minutes late, should have been 5.30pm. We had a look around the inside and then the back garden. When I went to go back into the property she asked if I was going straight out the front door and I replied no I would like to have just one more quick look at the inside to be told by her rudely that she didn’t have time as she had to be the other side of town by 6pm! On going out of the front my husband asked if he could look in the garage and was rudely told again no I haven’t got time as I need to be the other side of Taunton by 6pm so he was unable to look! She locked up and left! Quite frankly is 15 minutes enough time to look around a property that needs significant work doing to it and is going to cost £400,000?! I think not! All in all I found her very unfriendly and rude in all of my experiences with her and due to this no I will not be making an offer through yourselves or using you in the future to either buy or sell a property and I certainly wouldn’t recommend any friends to you!
