Locked in a 16 week exclusive contract to sell my house. Extremely passive company. Seems they just take pics and post them on their website and Rightmove then email their mailing list. 1 viewing in the last 2 months. One failed offer that they should have terminated after 2 weeks of inactivity from the buyer. Instead they let it drift for a month. Requiring several calls from me to chase. One month it was not on the market. In my opinion they are bad a comms, you will need to call all the time to chase actions. Took 11 weeks and 4 calls to just get the basic energy curve done. Look forward to moving on to another estate agent.

I agree with all the poor reviews. There is a sense of arrogance with RJ. We have been travelling up from the south an a regular basis and try so explain this when arranging property viewings - they are always fully booked so we don’t get the chance to see houses advertised though ... Absolutely crap. Can't sell houses. Have to do your own viewings. Not sure what your paying for. They're supposed to be the professionals who sell houses for you.
