I first met Whitlocks Estate Agents at a viewing after I enquired about a property they had for sale in Rose Green, Bognor Regis. From the very first phone call, they seemed very professional, attentive and knowledgeable of the local areas - nothing was too much trouble. I purchased the house through them and was delighted with their service as a buyer. They gave me honest and useful advice regarding refurbishment ideas and how I could utilise the space and layout. The sale went through very swiftly and they kept me up to date every step of the way. As a first time buyer I felt supported and all the team were very friendly and helpful. After doing up the property, I was unsure whether to sell it or let it and asked Whitlocks back to carry out a valuation. I decided to sell and as a Seller, I have to say their personal service did not disappoint! They offered me a very reasonable selling fee, free professional photography and they managed to find a buyer very quickly! I would highly recommend Whitlocks Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to sell or let their property! Their team went above and beyond and I felt very valued as a client - rare in these current times! Excellent local independent business!
