They tenants flooded my kitchen and regularly flooding my bathroom. One of Daniel's staff confidentially said they have to many complaints and they can not deal with them, I also been told the problem is not going to be solved unless I take them to the court. I claimed through my insurance, after they said they fixed they bathrom and when my builder was working on the refurbishment they had to stop because the water was coming down again. I phoned the director Daniel Choudry and I told him what's happened and he said they don't have to fix it and put the phone down on me. I would like to mention in the one bedroom property lives five people and the noise what is coming down is unbearable. They denying the fact they renting a one bedroom property to 5 people

15 Dec 2022Dear Ms Berkenye, Thank you for your review. We are saddened to see that you have resorted to telling complete untruths in your post. None have our team have ever told you that they were to busy to resolve any complaint and our Director has never put the phone down on you during one of your many calls. We urge you to retract these misleading and false statements from your review or we will have no option but to take this matter further. It is correct that we manage a property directly above your flat. What you fail to mention in your post is that we have sent an engineer to our flat each and ebery time you have reported a "leak" coming from our flat within 24 hours. We have confirmed on many occasions that there are no leaks coming from our flat after extensive investigative works. You have attached picture of a shared soil pipe to support your claim that the leak is coming from our flat. However, you will note that this pipe runs through the whole building and is owned by the freeholder. We have advised you on many occasions to contact the freeholder / managing agent of the building who can thoroughly check the whole length of the pipe (as we can only access the portion of running through our flat) yet you have chosen not to do this and instead, have chosen to abuse us and our tenants in the property. We have also rightly advised you to lodge a claim with your insurers who will in turn , make a claim for any "damages" from our flat'a insurance should we be liable. With regards to "5 people living in a one bedroom flat" again, we urge you to retract this false statement from your review. The flat is occupied by a husnand and wife and their toddler child. We have confirmed this on many occasions when we have visited the flat on routine inspections and have proof that the flat only contains a double bed for husband and wife and a cot for the child. Your statments regarding overcrowding are only made to support your dislike of our Tenants. Our Tenants have made serveral complaints about your behaviour towards them which often includes racist remarks and threats of physical violence infront of their young child. You have also made condesening remarks about our tenants being renters whilst you own your own flat. We find your behaviour totally unnsceptable and our Tenants have reported your unnaceptable behaviour to the Police. All Seasons Lettings.
