The reason we chose Jordan Fishwick to begin with was down to the attitude of Rob when he arrived to value the property. He was very down to Earth and explained the process clearly and took a pragmatic view when giving a valuation, he also listened to our opinions and seemed to consider us as we would have wished and priced the house at a sensible price based on our desire to sell and his knowledge.
The Photos put onto the website and the brochures were of a high quality and help us to have several viewings very quickly, latterly resulting in an offer we were comfortable in accepting, as per previous discussion.
During the whole process and for the period up until finally completing Rob we believe went above and beyond what we would have expected, at a time when we were struggling for communication he took the time to chase people down (financial advisors, other agents, mortgage companies and solicitors)and share his information on a regular basis - very important.
The process as a whole was at times difficult and we felt that Rob was on our side all the time and helped us to navigate the issues we had and gave us support we needed...
when we finally completed and moved I think it an equal relief for him as we had all lived the process in our own way...Thanks!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
There is nothing you can do to help me change my mind about how I feel. I explained at the start that I am ill and should avoid stress. I was quite frankly very frightened and lost a lot of sleep. Thank goodness for the young lady that got my exasperated call that afternoon and understood and helped me. I feel sure that if she had dealt the whole way through it might have been a different story. I'm so glad it's all over.
