Very disappointed in the service from Rodgers and Browne, in particular Stephen. I rented from them and they lied to me multiple times about contacting the landlord about basic repairs. These repairs weren't carried out and when an agreement was made, where I paid for them and they would reimburse me, it turns out Rodgers and Browne hadn't contacted the landlord at all. The fictitious 'contact' was make believe and for 6mths they continued the ruse. The money I spent on repairs was never reimbursed, but they happily sold the house immediately upon our vacating. Very disappointed and would not recommend them for any of their services. Very, very unprofessional. Negligent.

26 Dec 2021Gary I have reviewed this case and spoken to Stephen. It is always disappointing when we have to resort to the TDS(NI) to arbitrate in these matters. I am sorry you disagree with their ruling to award in favour of our client. Moving forward, I hope you are now settled in your new home.
