The manager presented the house to its maximum strengths.The staff then got plenty of people in for viewings, for which they did all the showing around, usually giving us plenty of notice first, and generating enough interest for some second viewings. When we had an offer they negotiated with the others in the chain to ensure it was possible, financially, to go ahead. We moved house just four and a half months after putting our old house on the market.
