If you have any respect for yourself, stay well away from this pathetic company. Me and my family were tenants to these for 8 years. 8 Long years, of torrid experiences with this ridiculously run organisation. With this review, i hope to explain my reasons why with a detailed response to my tenure with this dog house of a company. I hope those that are looking for honest and reliable reviews can come across this post. 1) Zero professionalism If you like being lied to, if you like being argued with and if you like being strung along. Then this company will be perfect for you. They seem to employe uneducated people, who clearly do not know how to read, write or speak diligently. No professionalism nor any sense of honesty or integrity. You MUST always record your conversations, because if you do not, you will always get the short end of the straw. 2) Everyone seem's to be a manager. This is a hilarious point. Everyone seems to be a manager, but no one is able to make a decision. No one has the understanding or the behaviour to be a manager. But everyone holds the title. There is a girl called * who works there. With the title of "maintenance manager" But honestly, she couldn't even maintain a patch of grass. This parasite is a liar, she will particularly targets those who cant stand up for themselves. She made some outrageous comments about my mother, which in theory would never have been said face to face. She promised my mother of a few important things, but when it came down to delivering on those promises. She thought it was the brightest thing to point fingers at my mother and say she is a liar. It is clear why they all feel like they are a manager, they wouldn't last a day in any other respectable company. 3) No integrity. Me being the main contributor toward the monthly rent. I had lost my job due to covid. We kept in contact and always stayed in touch throughout this difficult period. In the midst of finding a new job, i was in constant wars with these parasites. They opted to file a CCJ on our name because of the overdue rent. We paid a large amount toward this overdue payment & created a payment plan for the remaining amount almost immediately. Fast forward 6 months, we receive a letter from the courts saying this original amount was still overdue. This pathetic company, took my money and did not notify the authorities. You can imagine, this created a huge issue for us. It took me a lot of calls, and emails to make them notify the authorities. It was a long, long road which was so unnecessary. However, this company lacks integrity or professionalism so i am not surprised now looking back. 4) Uneducated people behind the desks. Imagine consultants/managers who sit behind the desk, and swear and threaten tenants when they don't get their way. I can hold my own, hence why they couldn't do anything but threaten my verbally over the phone. However, this is due to their nature, They have no education, no decorum or professionalism. I think this company caters to those who are in similar positions. If you are a roadman, brothel owner or someone who is on the same social map. This is the company for you. You will get along like a house on fire. 5) Lies, lies and more lies. That is their motto. All seasons liars. They will die by this code. 6) The consultants are the busiest people in the world. This is a funny one. I once called the office with an urgent matter in mind I was told the person i wanted to speak with was busy. I was outside their office at the time, and they were all sitting around with their feet on the table enjoying their lives. But they say they were busy? 7) Maintenance issues. If there are maintenance issues, honestly you should think about taking out a loan in the worst case and not trust these morons to fix any issues for you. Everything will be "logged" in on their systems. But nothing will be resolved. We had a broken boiler, which worked on and off for years. The amount of boiler engineers that came down to the property, to fix the issue that said the same thing "im sorry, but i told them that this was the issue. They don't want to fix it" was unbelievable. Why send engineers if you are not really willing to fix the issue? Who are you trying to fool, fools? The day we moved out, is the day the boiler completely broke completely. The boiler was on its last legs for a long, long time. Allah is the greatest! Moral of the story. If you are a landlord, or a tenant. Stay far far away. Your money should be put toward better things. You deserve more. Your money deserves more. So take a look at other organisations. I am sure you will be much more happier with that outcome. But, if you choose "All Shitty Lettings" or "All Seasons Liars" then be prepared to be stressed throughout your tenure.
