Dont deserve 1 star. Is terrible. Andrew Kafkaris says all questions and complaints as 'trolling' them - the way he talked to his clients on a leaseholder call after BSM fucked up was embarrassing. So unprofessional. Avoid.

This company should be avoided unless you like your service charge being used on solicitors fees to stop you asking questions about where your money is going. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
