I've been renting on and off for over 20 years and thus has been the most smoothly run rental I have ever experienced. Owen from Fredrick Douglas has a friendly and professional approach which was genuine and made all transactions and maintenance issues very easy to deal with. There were only a few issues during my rental but every time the situation was dealt within a matter of hours or a few days. Nothing was left outstanding or creating any stress for myself. Unfortunately I have had too many bad experiences to date where landlords and agents are reluctant to deal with maintenance issues. A mutually respectful and supportive role means the outcome is better all round. I'd highly recommend Owen at Fredrick Douglas in Cardiff and avoid the sharks out there!

One of the guys from Frederick Douglas picked me up from work, showed me about 5 houses, was really honest and sorted everything out for me and the landlord. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
