It's not often students and their property managers have positive things to say about each other but the service provided by Sophie and Comfort Lettings was outstanding. They were very supportive in finding additional tenants for us after one of our group sadly passed away and any issues we reported, including maintenance requests, were always sorted promptly (a couple days at most). Sophie was very good at letting us know well in advance when there would be house viewings or when contractors would be accessing the property. They were also quick to return our deposits and very fair on the amount returned. CL provided a first-rate letting experience and I would recommend them to all students.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
