Avoid at all costs. Got absolutely ripped off, through no fault of our own. We were forced into ending our tenancy early, due to persistent-frequent night time noise, even though we specifically asked Parkheath to make sure the flat was quiet. They either lied or didn't check as we have proof that it was known. They then failed to take a single one of our complaints seriously, leaving us no option. But then just to really rub salt in the wound, they charge us astronomical fees, accepting no blame, and then for good measure hit us with the inventory check-out fees as well as check-in fees for the new tenants! Unbelievable. Unscrupulous behaviour, just looking to profiteer out of others misery.
