Once all the 'sales' part of their job is over their customer service was truly awful. It took us 5 months upon leaving the property to get our deposit back. Never responded to an email. Never returned a phone call. We had to complain to the Property Ombudsman in the end & that moved the process on. I would certainly advise against using this agency.

1 Mar 2013Shazia was an employee not an owner of Letsallmove. Before writing rubbish about her know the facts who is behind Letsallmove. Never use her name again or to try and show it was her that was behind the failure of Letsallmove! Samer Butt is the master mind and Letsallmove is his control. The employees who work for him just do what he wants. Thank god I left the company!! Good on Shaz whose doing her own thing. Saverah aint a cover up that is her name!Samer. I know its you whose writing this crap about his own sister. Shame on you!

4 Mar 2013very dodgy agency, both staff and owners. Due to ongoing investigation by my lawyer, I cannot comment more. My advice is stay away from them.

13 Mar 2013According to Shazia Butt, aka Shazia Chaudhary aka Saverah Butt aka Shaz, her brother kicked her out of the business. Had she been an honest and sincere woman, she would have told every client of hers. She let ppls home in September and October 2012 but never informed that she was sacked in September 2012, which automatically makes her a liar. She is operating from her home now in Croydon and I advise everyone to report abt her and her brother Samer to the police. Acc to Shaz, she found the true colors of her own (i doubt that) brother Mr. Samer Butt, but what is she herself ? She is just another Butt !!!

21 Mar 2013Everyone, whoever is been cheated by this crook family, report it to Action Fraud on 03001232040, there is already few cases against them and if it gets more they will be arrested, call them an give them all the information you have from them, do not let this crook family abuse the system in this country and cheat people and live happily with people money. They deserve to get cot and put in jail corner.

I have taken them to court and obtained a court order for the return of my money. This agent do not ring back, never answers their phone, They manage your property but they don't know when the rent is due or if they have been paid or not. What agent could do to change your mind?
As i have read all the reviews so far, this is a classic case of a low life rouge in action and something has to be done about this. I have to say first and foremost that i really feel sorry for those that have lost more money than myself and in my case it was my own negligence the the council paid my money to them when they have already closed their doors. Dealing with this agency was draining and if not for my perseverance, i would have lost a total of £7000 which would have consist of rent, deposit miss placement as well as mortgage payments. Samer Butt the so called CEO on my first meeting with him, i spotted something in the making, a young man that has a lot of mouth on him and live beyond his means. However, that was not enough for me to call it a day with these guys until i met up with him again in January in his croydon office and by time just 2 months prior, he has changed his image and was even wearing sunglasses in the middle of winter which was odd and the body language was awful and from that minute on, i told my partner straight away that this people will soon be moving on as you can see the stress was piling up. I quickly insisted that i took back my properties from and all the deposit be transferred along with all the rent arrears. I must say this, i was really AGGRESSIVE and very unprofessional from then on in my dealings with them. These guys knew what they were/are doing. Samer Butt, Yasmin Butt, Kandice Moss, Like all liars and crooks, they can not keep up and they leave a lot of foot print around.
