If I could I would give this company a zero. I rented a student property off them last year and no checks were done when I moved into this property and I had to remove items from the previous tenants before I could move in. The landlords son who lived next door to us stormed into our house uninvited and threatened 4 females who lived in the house. The landlord used our driveway as if it was hers which caused problems for us as we’d have to find somewhere else to live. I was charged over £100 out of my deposit for problems which were already existing when I moved in. By far one of the worst student letting agency’s I’ve ever come across! They don’t do checks, aggressive landlords, incompetent agency’s who don’t check the property before you move in! Would not reccomend.
