I have recently used Everington Ruddle in Borrowash for a Property sale and was very pleased with the service. They were always efficient and very quick to give feedback from viewings and I would certainly recommend them to others.

As a potential buyer. Really bad company. Emailed multiple times to arrange a viewing, never received a response. Not only is that poor for me as a potential buyer, but poor for the seller who missed out on the opportunity to push the selling price up through more... Read Full Review

Really regret using these. Poor service and no professionalism. Photos were dark and made rooms look small, and they did nothing to sell the house. I rang them up to take advert down, and went with another estate agents who were brill, and E&R put their old advert back up!! I rang them... Read Full Review

They did nothing to sell my property for me other than place an ad in the local paper. I didn't have a board outside for weeks, they did no viewings and did nothing to proactively sell my property. And they are not... Read Full Review
