6 May 2019Hi Sarah - As an opening, if you have read reviews you will note I have a very different experience of being managed by Walton and Allen Property Management Limited. We (I speak for a few people) are intrigued by your comment. You say W&A took over your building several months ago and it has been nothing but smooth sailing. Firstly, if its only a few months ago, how do you know what money they are spending without informing you and secondly, why have you suddenly felt the need to post a good review on this site after a few months? Answers would be really appreciated. Presumably you are aware that Walton and Allen Property Management now only has one non working director. The two working directors have resigned - Simon Temporal resigning in July 2018 and Brent Weightman more recently on 30th October 2018. So the only director is Robert Walton, who you cannot deal with directly, and who is personally being threatened with Court action by a liquidator for suspicious activities involving the way he allegedly dealt with funds connected to one of his previous companies, Walton and Allen Properties Limited. This company was liquidated and became Walton and Allen Block Management Limited, which in turn later became Walton and Allen Property Management Limited. Robert Walton and Brent Weightman are now directors of a new company - Stoneyard( NTTM) Limited - categorised as a company that manages Real Estate. If I were in your position I would be worried about what could happen to Walton and Allen Property Management and what would could happen to my funds. All these facts can be checked at the free level of Companies House records, where you will also find that Walton and Allen Estate Agents, which only has Robert Walton as a director, also went into liquidation last August.
