With regards to the bathroom leak, yes this took longer than it should have (According to our records we don't agree it was over 1 year though). In no way am I condoning this but in our defence the landlord was using his own contractor which does sometimes make the situation harder. To clarify in the first instance we will always recommend our own contractors for any maintenance, firstly because we have more control over the scenario, secondly we have great faith in the quality of work they carry out. Ultimately it's the landlords decision on who they use and I appreciate there were issues with access and this was reviewed directly with your landlord and in turn apologies were sent to yourself.
Your final point concerned me and I have reviewed communication during the tenancy as I never wish for my staff to come across unprofessional or even worse as you allege 'threatening'. In my opinion I can see no evidence of a threatening undertone to our communication and can only ascertain you are referring to a letter that we sent where the landlord raised concerns about the condition of the house following a property inspection and he was looking for these issues to be rectified within a certain timeframe.
Once again please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the service provided, we will always action and review feedback from clients as are constantly looking to improve our service.
