I had to use this company as the house I was renting where using hind as their acting agents It took them over 6 weeks to supply final meter readings,,,numerous calls from myself ,,final demands being sent to my new address Everything seem "too much trouble" ,, On one occasion I was told "I'm sorry your not my priority " No more to be said
