If I have encountered any problems in the letting of our properties, in any respect, I have found Cathy Nickels, and her colleagues, at the Exeter office, very, very helpful and efficient - in fact, they couldn't have been more so. Although taking the job very seriously/conscientiously is obviously the main factor in this, I believe it also helps enormously that this is a smaller office than the large Exmouth one, where sometimes I find the phone goes on to 'answer' mode.

Thank you for praising the efforts of the team at the Exeter office during your dealings with them with regards to the letting of your property and that they have been able to deal with any problems for you. The small team of people in the Central Admin Department based at Exmouth Head Office are usually busy on the telephones dealing with the rental administration for landlords and tenants from all the company's offices from Penzance to Taunton which may be why the telephone sometimes goes on to answer phone for which we can only apologise.
