From start to finish, the staff at Taylor Cole were brilliant in what became a very difficult sale.
Jason took fantastic photos and produced outstanding marketing materials to the effect that our house sold (twice) on first viewings and on both occasions, within two days.
At that point, I questioned why an estate agent was really necessary and soon found out that Taylor Cole are worth every penny of their fee. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE CHEAPER ONLINE AGENCIES.
Following an easy sale STC, two difficult chains ensued. Much of the problem was as a result of buyers using Purple Bricks who, after taking their fee, disappeared into the ether. Enter Jonathan Cole who stepped in to act in place of Purple twits.
Regardless of the fact that our buyers were not paying him, Jonathan offered them advice and assistance in the absence of any help from the purple ones. He continually updated us on a daily basis and was genuinely absolutely brilliant. Jonathan made sure that he spoke to the other agents and solicitors in the chain and negotiated, cajoled and hurried things along at every opportunity. If I emailed, a response was received within 15-20 minutes.
A quick word with regards to Elise and Tracey who were quick to answer queries and take messages if Jonathan was unavailable. In particular, Tracey who offered a sympathetic ear when things looked to he stalling for a second time.
Nevertheless, the relentless drive by Taylor Cole to get us to the end means that everyone is happy.
Never be tempted to use another agent if you are selling in Tamworth. Taylor Cole are SUPERB, nothing like another colour-branded High Street agent in Tamworth through whom we tried to buy a property and who were incredibly rude, aggressive and generally unhelpful. It should also be pointed out that Taylor Cole recommended Davison's solicitors and Laura, Charlotte and Victoria were superb, also.
