If I could give a zero star rating that would be too genoruos for the experience I had at the Ferring branch. Any further description would be offensive to the particilar sales agent who I regrettably shook hands with on leaving feeling abused by his attitude to me the customer. As a prospective buyer he had no interest in showing me property on screen or even printing details. Why sellers use this agent is beyond imagination as selling is not his forte and his customer service appalling. There are many other agents in the area with proper service and customer care as expected in the house buying and selling market. Go to any other eastate agent and not to Mark Oliver is my recommendation.

23 Jan 2020Totally agree with Mr Black - a real battering from this man who is totally unfit to be dealing with people going through what is known to be one of the most stressful experiencs of a person's life. Why anyone uses the agency is beyond us. The man is rude, disrespectful, bullying and sanctamonious too.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
