Terry Young listed an area of land for sale which did not belong to his client. I highlighted the mistake very politely, but was responded to in a rude manner. The area in question was small, but if sold - it would have caused issues down the road as we were selling the entire plot. Expect more from a man that has been in the industry for as long as Terry has.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
