The agent and the agency have been a dream to work with. The sale was part of a complex transaction involving the sale of 3 properties and the acquisition of another. The agent was always there to go the extra mile to sell the Bath property. We had been living overseas during some of the transaction and I found communication was hard due to time zones but Whiley Heylar actually jumped forward and helped make it a bit easier. Agent knew what was happing for the whole chain not just the Bath property. If I had a question I would normally ask my solicitor. I soon realized if I had questions/calls unanswered the agent would know. Also since I was new to the UK Real Estate market he helped assimilate me to how things work. I knew if I needed a favor for any part of the this transaction, I can call Rupert and it would get done! As an added bonus, his friendly and charismatic way went a long way to ease stress of the transaction. I can count on him for advice and a bit of laugh when I need to. I would give 5 plus stars but the survey won't let me!
His fees are more then fair - especially with all the extra services he provided. He could have said - no I can't do that but instead he just got it done or pointed me in the right direction.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
