All ill say is thank god for Taylor Cole. Had a very stressful moving experience due to us being in a chain but very much helped by these guys.
First impressions were fantastic, Jack came out to our property to value it. Extremely polite and always had a smile. Put our mind at ease straight away. House sold in the first day and we got the asking price. We possibly would of accepted one of the first offers as that's how we thought it happened. JACK SAYS NO!!! Because it was only the first day Jack suggested we try for the asking price as the interest was there and that's what we got. Cheers Jack!
Going into the last 4 weeks it was very stressful due to things out of Taylor Cole's control. The house which we were buying was clearly slowing the process down and it just seemed like one kick in the giblets after another. It got to a point where I just didn't know where to turn so I rang Taylor Cole on the off chance and thank god I did. Jonathan was truly outstanding in his help and advice and I'm not sure we would have got through it without him. He went out of his way to ring around constantly for updates. Being in the industry for a long time he has obviously gained a vast array of contacts, from solicitors to other agents. He just always seemed to get the answer.
Anyway massive thanks guys. Thank you for just being there.
