[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Having used various commercial estate agents over the years I decided to use Fleurets. What a mistake that was! They turned out to be very unhelpful, extremely mercenary and a total disgrace (to their already much tarnished) profession. Buying or selling, I would'nt dream of using this bunch of robbing con-men again. If you want to be locked in, then sued for no good reason, these are your men. Mine was a simply horrible experience and I strongly advise the use of one of the many others in the same space (Christie, Sidney Phillips, Colliers, Bakers, etc). Whatever you do - DON'T USE FLEURETS! (If I could give them no stars or a minus rating I would). 6 Aug 2018It is certainly typical of such agents, accountants & lawyers to sue for their outrageously unreasonable fees for instance when you sell your business without their help.

6 Aug 2018I asked Fleurets for a single positive ex-client reference... they had nothing other than "The difficulty for you and for us, is that you never know what the outcome would have been if you chose the other option." This is typical; salespeople know all the answers (because they carry an answers book) but they do not have implemented resolutions

27 Feb 2020I would never sell any commercial properties with these guys. They are rude and I found intimidating. They thought I was dumb trying to take advantage of me.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
