Do not use this firm to manage your building they are a rip off - they charge more than anyone I know in London & the surrounding areas. They charge roughly £2800 in service charge for a flat in Slough when i pay only £1600 service charge for a flat managed by another firm in Clapham!! Ringleys *do not touch them with a barge pole. I only ticked one star because there is not a no star option.
Absolutely extortionate - stay away - they are thieves.

22 Jan 2018As instructed by our client, we have informed everyone of the reasons behind the increase in the service charges. The reasons are the need to make sure the building is safe for the residents and the related works had to be and will still have to be carried out by the order of the local fire brigade and the local and national authorities.

22 Jan 2018No the service charge increased from £2800 to £7000 when the fire brigade situation arose - so I'm referring to your normal charges - see you just can't contemplate how incompetent you are - anyway you've lost the building thank god - because your are totally inept - and I notice how nobody else has left a positive review for you - are you rubbish ? Looks like everyone is saying yes !!

23 Jan 2018Oh listen I am not referring to the present situation Roo Joshi - I am asking you why your normal service charges are £2800 per annum compared to £1600 from other companies? You seem like you are not willing to answer this question - obviously because you know you cannot justify the charges so hence you are deflecting it to the fire issue at present. The best thing is that this shows anyone reading this that you are a company who cannot be trusted to even answer the simplest of questions. Anyone reading this will not do business with you. Why don't you answer my original query with a valid answer ? Come on Roo do the right thing - you've lost the battle anyway at least go down with an ounce of honour !

24 Dec 2018Could not agree more. They are thieves. Do not believe a word they say. They will use any excuse to increase charges. That comment above from them is a classic response. The usual is that they then follow that up with increased charges and legal letters. No doubt in this instance they will then accuse you of putting people at risk when you question their charges and then send legal threats to make you pay, and then threaten to talk to your lender essentially threatening to take away your property. They're like loan sharks. I eventually got them fired but 3 years on we are still dealing with their utter incompetence. They have caused me no end of problems and they will cause problems for everyone they touch. They have made such a mess of the management of my building I'm having to sell my flat. Find someone else, anyone but them. They're useless, make mistakes but only admit to them when you catch them. Avoid.

Purely out to make money . A very high staff turnover with a very bad impression if you speak to an ex employee they all disparage the company. Keep well away . They’ve cost our block a fortune for very little and destroyed a communal garden which had won an award .

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
