I would NOT recommend people use this company for conveyancing. We were recommended then by the estate agents who marketed the house we bought. We got several conveyancing quotes and initially they looked comparable with other solicitors. It was then that I checked the SMALL PRINT and discovered all the hidden extras they charged for that were not mentioned in the initial quote despite telling them all the pertinent details beforehand: bank transfers extra, mortgage handling extra, gifted deposit extra. All told they added up to an additional £500. Upon querying this I was fobbed off with some story about how they were competitively priced and we would probably get overcharged in the end by other solicitors whose quotes were cheaper. Needless to say we did not use them but choose an alternative conveyancer who was £500 cheaper shockingly they actually charged us what they quoted.
Unfortunately it doesn't end there because Move with us were the conveyancers for the sellers of the house we bought. They were slow getting paperwork to our solicitors and constantly kept calling us for updates to our situation rather than talking to our solicitors (despite several requests to do so). They kept pushing for a particular exchange date, mostly ignoring the dates we wanted (this would have been avoided had they actually spoken to our solicitors!). In the end we exchanged and completed on the same day but they missed the completion deadline by a couple of hours (without giving reasons and did not respond to estate agents who were chasing them). Despite saying that they had passed on all the relevant information about the house to us we were missing several keys and the master alarm codes (which cost us extra money to sort that they would not reimburse).
Would never use them or recommend them to anyone else
