David daniels were very helpful at the viewing, and after in the bidding for the house.
They were super helpful in trying to speed things up with the solicitors and even after completion helping out by asking the seller questions for us. They respond to emails speedily and calls too. Really couldn't have had a friendlier more helpful team of people in the stratford office they are great.
The only negative bit that we have is they said all final offers by a certain day /time and they called us up and we'd won! Then later called and said oh no there was a higher bid after it all closed. So we had to get £2500 off our family. To this day I still wonder was that a tactic or a genuine mistake as there were two estate agents involved. Just for the future final bid should be final bid! We were clueless first time buyers and I know London is brutal but it really pushed us over what we could afford and we are now just waiting for each payday to buy furniture and not sleep on the floor! It's worth it though to be home owners :-)
