Whatever you do, do not use this cowboy outfit. They are really terrible. We used Shaws to manage our rental property, what a mistake. Douglas is rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. When my father died the rental income formed part of his estate. Shaws didn't send out the rental invoices and refused to send duplicates. The owner tried very hard to get us to use him as an estate agent to sell the property. When we decided to use a proper estate agent, i.e., one with staff who know what they are doing he got embittered and very angry. We are in the process of going through an ombudsmen to resolve our complaint. Two more terrible reviews of Shaws can be found on Get An Agent, one of whom bought a property through Shaws and said they were appalling to deal with. Do yourself a big favour and do not go with Shaws of Lowestoft because you'll regret it.

1 Oct 2017Their is no validation or either the reviewer or the review on this site. All agents are not only happy to leave reviews on their site that are from trolls but when advised of this fact do not remove them. This site is not to be trusted and if I could review it which near impossible I would struggle to give Allagents review site 1 star rating.

You do realise the police won't get involved with internet politics unless it's considered a hate crime. Cannot agree with 2 previous reviews we rented our property for over a year all aspects of renting were covered and were kept up to date with any thing which required our attention, on. Rude. Arrogant. Unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional. His landlords are definitely not his main priority, ignoring contracts and parring tenants painting all the walls in the house (badly) and leaving rubbish in the garden off as 'general wear and tear'.
