They made the whole selling experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Highly efficient, very friendly, and just generally a lovely bunch of people. They sent emails to nearly 100 potential buyers immediately, we had 6 viewings on the first day, and two offers on the second. They went to a lot of trouble in how they presented our house - the write-up and photography were excellent. They were always available to chat and responded to questions immediately. Loren was especially lovely to do business with!
Comment on agent fees
Don't know if the fees are higher than elsewhere, but we were given some kind of discount, and anyway, if the fees were higher, it was worth it to sell the house so quickly.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
