All deposits are insured. Scott, why don't you contact the dispute service if you're not happy- that's why they are there for, rather than leaving an unnecessary review with bad language?!!! Very unprofessional of you!

Hi sam, I have/will do. I assume you have something to do with principal homes considering you have only commented on my review? but if not then fair enough.. Thanks for pointing out the use of bad language but as this is an open forum I am allowed to say exactly what I think, as are you and anybody. I think youll find im not the only person to use language on here in frustration so id suggest having a nice long read of all the other bad reviews that principal homes offer, in fact the majority are bad reviews so aside from being unprofessional I think youll find its the other way round. Use of bad language is nothing compared to the threats I have received yesterday and is now being dealt with as a police matter. Thanks for commenting! Hope my review helped!

Hi Scott reading upon your comments firstly I can not believe how rude you actually are this is a point I'm making to you! As a tenant of principal homes been with them for 6 years have never had a problem if I did I would have left this property ages ago! As they keep you under contract at all times so you have had a choice to leave them for the past 5 years and you have not and remained with them weather you have family problem or not they have not forced you to stay! It's a choice you have made. It seems like you don't like the truth being told hence(Sam) this seems like a private issue between you and the company wish you have taken well out of proportion. I hope this matter gets resolved for you Scott. Scott just a question how would you feel if this was vise vercer and same1 had pin pointed you on you at work? It's not nice p.s before you say I'm 1 of them I'm not I'm a very happy tenant of principal homes 👍

Hi Angela/Asib/Asif/ Sam, not sure what name to use as the owner changes his name so often (if youre not sure what I mean a simple companies house document check will explain). Anyway thank you for taking the time out of your busy yet happy days as 'Tenant' of principal homes. Firstly in regards to how rude I have been (I'm sorry if this has offended your delicate eyes and ears but I really couldn't care less). I have taken a copy of your IP address and also sams and asibs and guess what.......... coincidence???? may I ask why you are even bothering to comment on a case you know nothing about or is it that I am actually speaking to the numties from the principal homes office/ joke shop. Asib hasn't got a clue what hes doing so therefore I wrote this review as this is what the site is for whether you like it or not. Sites like this are great for warning people of the cowboy antics of p*** Poor homes aka principal homes. I don't have to explain myself to you Angela cannon so don't jump on here thinking you can defend a case you know zero about. Why not use your time to promote the happy tenancy of principal homes instead of commenting on mine and my post only. Why not comment on other reviews. Yet again we can see Asib has lowered himself to getting his mates to review or maybe as business is slow due to my slander hes got no choice but to reply under a name as he hasn't got the bottle to openly admit its him. As I say I have copies of the IP addresses which will be past onto the TPO and trading standards to link all this together. Also angela if you are from the area I suggest taking a look around as youll start to see some pictures of the building site....sorry, previous house going up around soon for all to see. I respect you looking after a company who has given you a happy tenancy however just remember Asib was all smiles while he was taking my money but when the s**t hit the fan he decides to threaten people and hide behind made up law that he likes to google and makes no sense at all. Remember I'm STILL WAITING for a case from him regarding me losing him business. Impossible for me to lose him business when he hardly had one in the first place. BTW don't think all this is made up nonsense you can find all this information out online and by having a chat with your local trading standards. You sound like child throwing a trantum because your not getting your own way. By reading your comments I can tell who the problem is look in the MIRROR. I new you would say that it is 1 person writing all the comments you can't take the fact that same one is standing up for a good agency that you were with for 5 YEARS please don't Make me laugh.
