Do not give this agent your property to let. They are simply too inept to manage the simplest of tasks let alone be trusted with the day-to-day management your property. They failed to arrange fixing the heating for my tenant for a whole year before he handed notice (even with me chasing them to do so for months on end). They lied to me about getting my gas certificate renewed. They don't bother replying to the simplest of enquiries. They did not even remember to give me notice that my tenant was ending the tenancy. Don't be fooled by any competence they may display before you sign up with these guys - they will simply pass the management of your property to a completely different team of people anyway. Currently seeking my fees back and compensation through the TPO. This company is a complete joke from top to bottom! You've been warned. Don't waste your time and money. Look elsewhere!

Please accept our sincere apologies for your negative experience with our company. We are members of the TPO for situations that cannot be resolved professionally and amicably, therefore, if you wish to use the independent arbitration system to seek a remedy that is acceptable to both parties, then we fully support your right to do so.
We do occasionally make mistakes and we do our very best to remedy those situations by listening to our customers and making positive changes to our processes. I am pleased to say that we have made some improvements recently by recruiting new team members, implementing a new prioritisation system for dealing with communications and we are moving forward on plans to relocate our Property Management team back in to our offices so they can be closer to our customers rather than being located in premises of their own.
We do strive to provide the highest levels of service to our customers consistently across the board as we do realise that our landlords or tenants can elect to go elsewhere and we will only retain them by providing great value for money.
