Horrible, horrible agency. Only eager to do anything when they want more payment. We had damp problems and a hole in the roof that was leaking, and they said that we could survive the winter with that! And to add insult to the injury - once we got out of the hell hole they managed - it turned out that they had misspelled our e-mail address for the deposit too... incompetent, illiterate and never ever will I recommend them to anyone again!
