I've rented for 20 years and never had as bad service as I did with them. Carpets hadn't been cleaned by the previous tenant and were soaked in animal urine. The boiler also didn't work properly for the first 6 weeks I was there. The director is vile and uses threats to get what she wants as well as telling lies all the time. In the almost 2 years I was there I was made so ill by things never being done without stress or getting the council involved. I invested money into decorating and doing the garden which was a patch of dirt but they weren't interested in any repairs that would make the house in better condition. The roof tiles fell off when we had high winds, I'd sit there dreading what I'd find the next day and then they weren't fixed before the rain got in and made a mess of my decoration. I had leaks in the toilet which I had to pay to fix, I've nearly been electrocuted twice, and the place was like an ice box as the front door didn't fit properly. Luckily I've escaped and moved somewhere lovely with a nice landlady. If you're thinking of moving into one of their properties, DONT!

Avoid like covid 19! Damp, mould and floors held up by planks of wood because they can't be bothered. No repairs done and honestly don't give a crap about their tenants. Their style is harassment, slander and threatening tenants for reporting faults. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
